We hereby inform that, on 30th April, 2024, 800.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 3M MAY 2 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1SJM (ISIN PTME1SJM0092). These commercial paper is fungible with 6.200.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.000.000,00 EUR).
